Grace was born in August, 2005, and brought into foster care when she was only two months old. Her brother and sister tamed up easily and were adopted when they were four months old. Grace was able to be handled the first months she was in, but after her brother and sister were adopted, she decided she wanted to be feral. :( She will sit by her foster mom and even chirp next to her dinner plate when waiting for her food, but she won't let anyone touch her anymore. She even managed to take off her collar as if to say "I won't be tamed--I'm a wild girl!" Grace is a shorthaired Tuxedo and is still small and petite. She loves to play with the other cats in the home and sometimes she will even be found sleeping peacefully with the family dog. She will live out her life safe and inside as a "house feral" and we will care for her and love her and let her be herself for as long as she lives. If interested in sponsoring this very deserving girl, please email us at info@ibokrescue.org. Thank you!
It may look like Grace is outside in her photo, but she is in a safe enclosure we added to give our sanctuaried kitties more room to play! Grace loves to sit out in the enclosure and watch the birds and take naps in the sun!

Special Needs: Grace is a house feral, which means that she does not like to be touched by humans, but is comfortable sharing a house with them. As she is somewhat "wild" she is not adoptable but will live in foster care for the rest of her life.
